Once a loyal employee of the theater, George’s life was extinguished in the gnarling jaws of a fire in the year 1949. Or so it was believed. For although George’s physical form was lost to the world, his spirit refused to leave the place he loved so dearly.

Local legends whisper tales of this phantom janitor, who, years after his death, still walks the theater with diligent strides. Unseen by the naked eye, his spectral figure roams about, playfully meddling with things; a random flicker of lights, an unexpected clatter, misplaced objects, and the sudden, odd wafts of cigarette smoke that occasionally fill the theater’s smoke-free air. Creepy? Yes. Fascinating? Absolutely.

## Elma – The Eternal Patron

If George is the mischievous spirit, the other resident phantom is a poignant reminder of a life tragically cut short. Meet Elma, a theater-goer who loved the performances almost as much as the venue itself. Unfortunately, fate had a cruel game to play. Elma met a horrific end following an accident on the theater staircase.

Much like George, however, Elma too couldn’t part from her beloved theater. Today, as a spectral apparition, she’s often sighted in her traditional attire, hobbling around the lobby and the lobby stairs where she plummeted to her death. A chilling reminder of her untimely demise.
