As the night matures, the temperature in the room inexplicably plummets, and shivers of dread-filled anticipation vibrate through intruders, the air thick with suspense. The fine china on the dining room table is known to clatter and move, as if unseen hands were laying out the table for a grand feast. Those brave enough to approach the table claim to feel a gust of cold wind envelop them, suggestive of spectral beings flocking in anticipation of a feast. However, the visage of this grand feast is curiously absent, leaving only a chill despite the balmy Los Angeles climate.
