Mother of twins
This is a short but creepy and very thought-provoking story about twins. I found this version on the Swedish podcast Paranormalia, issued on the 25th of January 2016 .

I am the mother of six year old twin girls. Yesterday, a beautiful springday, I took them to the lake for a picnic. On the way there we drove through a quaint village. The girls chattered about this and that, I didn´t really pay attention as long as they stayed friends. We drove slowly through the village. Outside an old villa, a woman in her forties was tending her garden. Suddenly, both girls turned quiet, sitting stiff upright in their chairs. “Mother, mother!” They chanted in unison as we passed the woman in her garden. “For heaven´s sake”. I was a bit irritated but forgot all about it during the day. It was late afternoon as we once again drove thought the small village. To my surprise, the woman was still working in her garden. “Mother, mother, mother”. The children started chanting again. They were looking straight at the woman, pointing. I snapped. “Enough of this noncense!” I stopped the car and walked up to the woman. “Do you recognize these girls, “ I asked, sternly. She looked at the girls in the car, and they stared back. “No, but I had twin girls. They died six years ago”.
