Our sunshine state is known for it’s white sandy beaches and beautiful waters. However, there is an underlying layer of terror that many may not know of – Florida is full of ghosts and the spirits of the dead.
St.Augustine, which claims to be the oldest city in the United States hosts ghost tours year round and yes there are many old spooky buildings to show off here. Coral Gable’s Biltmore Hotel is ridden with the spirits of dead soldiers from WWII, as many died there when it was converted to a hospital.
Florida may be for tourists and retired New Yorkers but whether they like or not, they have quite a few unwanted residents.
